Hi, Everybody --
I recently posted to this list regarding the question of how to create an editable text box on each page. (This is on PgS Amiga 3.4 b9.) I came to a pretty elegant solution that I thought I'd share.
Since I'm creating thank you notes for baby gifts, each one with a certain amount of "boiler plate" text in it, I created the text in PageLiner and saved it. I then got the script recorder going (never used that before!), drew out the text box, imported the text, placed the cursor where I wanted it, and ended the recording. Voila! I named the script ThankYou and placed it in the pulldown menu. Now, for each new note, which has the graphic elements of the stationary on the master page, I just go to the next page, run the script, and I'm rockin'. Kewl!
